Reentry & Career Pathways

The Reentry & Career Pathways Program supports individuals rebuilding their lives after involvement with the justice system. Grounded in the values of second chances and restored opportunity, this program provides career training, vocational certifications, job readiness, soft-skills development, and supportive coaching. Our goal is to help participants reenter the workforce with confidence, secure meaningful employment, and create long-term stability for themselves and their families.

In 2025, the U.S. Department of Labor expanded federal support for reentry-focused employment programs, including $46.5 million in Growth Opportunities grants and a $120 million budget request for the Reentry Employment Opportunities (REO) program. The federal Fidelity Bonding Program also continues to help employers confidently hire individuals who may face barriers to employment. These priorities reflect a growing national commitment to fair-chance hiring and evidence-based reentry pathways—directly aligning with our mission.
