Dr. Susan Simmons-Stevenson
President & CEO 

Dr. Susan Simmons-Stevenson is a Workforce Strategist, Human Capital Executive, and President & CEO of The Lifecycle Network, a Workforce & Talent Solutions Firm co-founded by Susan and Micheal Stevenson.

At Lifecycle Network, she partners with organizations to align people, strategy, and performance to build high-performing teams and achieve sustainable growth. Her work supports employers in strengthening HR infrastructure, staffing, compliance, employee engagement, leadership development, and workforce planning.

Her experience spans healthcare, logistics, finance, government, and technology, where she has supported organizations in solving complex talent challenges and building sustainable workforce solutions.

Dr. Simmons-Stevenson is also the Founder of Americans Thrive, a nonprofit workforce development organization dedicated to expanding career access, strengthening talent pipelines, and creating economic mobility opportunities for underserved communities. Through her work, she continues to bridge employer needs with workforce opportunity.

She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Master of Business Administration (MBA), and Master of Human Resource Management (MHRM) and is recognized for helping organizations align people, systems, and strategy to achieve lasting success.
